BRIDAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 

PAYMENT & SECURING YOUR BOOKING
There is a minimum booking fee of £250 for your wedding day. A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking. I allow 48 hours after sending your booking email for your booking fee to be paid. Your remaining balance must be paid by 1 week prior to your wedding date, and at your appointment for trials.  All payments the must be paid via bank transfer.

TRAVEL

 I travel up to 50 miles from Swindon for your wedding day, and trials take place in my beauty studio in Oakhurst, Swindon. Travel is an additional £5 in Swindon, and 50p per mile for areas outside of Swindon. Moving to a 2nd location on the day may be possible at an additional cost. There is 1 parking space available per booking at my beauty studio. Suitable parking must be provided for mobile bookings.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Your booking fee is non refundable if you need to cancel, reschedule, or we are unable to go ahead due to an allergy or contraindication that I was not informed of prior to you booking. The full payment will be required for wedding day cancellations with less than 1 weeks notice, and less than 24 hours notice for your trial. Balance must be paid on the day of cancelling.

Please give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your booking, or are aware of any delays/changes so I can plan ahead. If you or a member of your bridal party are running behind, this will cut into the allocated appointment time, or could result in having to cancel/rebook, and the full payment will still be required. If you or a member or your booking are ill, please do not attend as it will be unable to go ahead and cancellation fees will apply. If cancellation fees are not paid, future bookings will be unable to go ahead.

if your booking is unable to go ahead due to weather or government restrictions, your booking fee can be transferred to a new date within I year, subject to availability. If I am unavailable for your new date, 50% of your booking fee will be will be refunded (proof of new date required). I will always allow enough time to get to mobile bookings, however delays make take place that are out of my control. I reserve the right to cancel your booking if necessary, in this unlikely circumstance your your booking fee will be refunded in full.

TRIALS

I require all brides to have a trial before your wedding day, with bridal party members being optional. You are responsible for booking this in advance as availability can be limited. Up to 1.5 hours per hair/makeup is allocated for trials per person. If more time is required an additional trial will need to be booked. Pictures must be taken for reference, please state if you would like your wedding day photos kept off social media.

CANCELLED / RESCHEDULED / CHANGED APPOINTMENTS:

2 weeks notice - 1 transfer of booking fee within 6 weeks

Less than 2 weeks notice - booking fee cost

Less than 48 hours notice - 50% treatment cost

Less than 24 hours notice - full treatment cost

 

PAYMENTS

A non-refundable booking fee must be paid to secure your appointment (amount varies per treatment). Your appointment is not confirmed until this is paid. Not required for lash infills.

ALL treatments must be paid in full before leaving your appointment via bank transfer or cash.

 

DELAYS

Please give me as much notice as possible if you are running late to your appointment. This will cut into your allocated appointment time, or result in needing to rebook, and cancellation fees will apply. If you require a longer appointment, or need to alter your booking please give me as much notice as possible, as this may not be doable.

 

STUDIO POLICY

Strictly no guests, pets or food at your appointment.

Treatments on under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.

You are responsible for checking age requirements, pre-treatment advise, aftercare and possible risks of your treatment before booking. If your booking is unable to go ahead because of this the cancellation fees will apply.

If you are ill please do not attend your appointment as it will not go ahead and cancellation fees will apply.

Attend appointment with dry hair.

 

Booking policy applies to all clients. If not followed or payments are delayed/unpaid you will be unable to rebook.
